Laser cutting and engraving services

Our laser department serves two kinds of client: businesses that need signage components cut to exact tolerances, and designers, architects and fabricators who need short-run custom parts that no catalogue supplies. We take both, from a single prototype to production quantities.

What we cut

  • Signage letters, logos and backing panels
  • Decorative Arabic mashrabiya and geometric screens for interiors
  • Architectural feature panels, room dividers and ceiling elements
  • Retail display components, POS stands and shelf fittings
  • Gaskets, jigs, templates and bespoke mechanical parts
  • Wedding and event stationery, invitations and place cards

Laser engraving

Engraving removes or marks the surface itself, so unlike printing it cannot rub, peel or fade. That permanence is why it is the standard for awards, asset tags, control panels and anything expected to last.

  • Wood and MDF — deep, dark contrast, ideal for plaques and gifts.
  • Acrylic — frosted-white engrave on clear, exceptional for edge-lit awards.
  • Coated and anodised metal — crisp permanent marking for nameplates and equipment tags.
  • Bare stainless steel — fibre laser annealing produces a permanent dark mark without removing material.
  • Glass and crystal — frosted engraving for trophies, awards and corporate gifts.
  • Leather — branded folders, tags and accessories.

File requirements

Send vector artwork — AI, DXF, EPS or PDF — with cut lines and engrave areas on separate layers, all text converted to outlines. If you only have a sketch, photo or raster image, our team can trace it into a production-ready vector for you.

FAQ

Questions About Laser Cutting & Engraving

What materials can you laser cut?

Cast acrylic up to 30 mm, MDF and plywood up to 18 mm, stainless steel up to 10 mm, mild steel up to 12 mm and aluminium up to 8 mm, plus leather, textiles, paper and card. We do not cut PVC, polycarbonate or any chlorinated plastic, because cutting them releases corrosive and toxic fumes.

Can you cut a one-off custom part?

Yes. There is no minimum order — we regularly produce single prototypes for designers, architects and engineers in Riyadh, as well as production runs. Send a vector file (AI, DXF, EPS or PDF) with dimensions and material, and we will quote.

What is the difference between laser engraving and printing?

Printing sits on top of the surface and can eventually scratch, peel or fade. Engraving alters the material itself — vaporising a layer or annealing the metal — so the mark is permanent. For awards, nameplates, asset tags and anything handled frequently, engraving is the right choice.

How accurate is your laser cutting?

Our machines hold roughly ±0.1 mm on most materials, which is well inside the tolerance needed for signage components, interlocking parts and press-fit assemblies. For critical tolerances tell us when quoting and we will confirm what is achievable in your chosen material and thickness.
