Scope of service

Al-Rashid Sign provides design, fabrication and installation of signage and related advertising services in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise, and are subject to site survey and confirmation of dimensions.

Designs and intellectual property

Designs, drawings and visuals we produce remain our property until the project is paid in full. You are responsible for holding the rights to any logos or materials you supply to us.

Lead times

Stated production times are estimates and begin from final artwork approval and receipt of deposit. They may be affected by material availability, site conditions or permit procedures.

Warranty

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and LED components for the period stated on your quotation. It excludes damage from misuse, third-party modification or force majeure.

Payment

A deposit is required to confirm an order, with the balance due on delivery or as otherwise agreed in writing.
